Problem: Numerous individuals and companies had managed their information systems over the years, which created an unruly operations center. Much hardware and software systems were reaching end-of-life.
Solution: Analyzed current information systems and started clean-up process: revamped the operations center, replaced user workstations, upgraded software, applied patches, and removed unnecessary services and equipment.
