Due to inefficiencies in the corporate back office software, I created an Access database that pulled information from 2 key tables from 50 databases to create a reporting mechanism to ensure the company was comply to newly instated Affordable Care Act regulations. Using Access allowed us quickly and easily implement a reporting mechanism with no additional technology costs.
