Problem: A need for a web-accessible customer relation management system capable of managing the order process from lead to close. At that time, the company used a single-user base contact management system with no ability to capture leads, opportunities, pricing, or products.
Solution: Setup a Debian based server and installed V-Tiger CRM and integrated the CRM into the WordPress based intranet website. Technologies used: Debian, Apache, PHP, V-Tiger, MySql, and WordPress.
